For my 2012 holiday fundraising, I made these patterns:

Here’s a photo of the first boutique, at my church’s coffee hour. You can see scarves, wraps, and headbands, along with a “sample basket” of things left over from last year and other things I made during the year as samples.

I made 10 Kidsilk Creation Scarves using the beautiful mohair & silk yarn by the same name. Each scarf takes 1 skein, which cost me about $20. I sold many for $60 each, and then dropped the price to $40 for the final sales event.

I love the Shaw Hill infinity wrap, and I have 16 ready for the sale. I made the solid colored wraps from 3 skeins of Berroco Vintage Chunky. The variegated wraps are made from 3 skeins of Artful Yarns Vineyard. My cost of goods was about $16/wrap. I started selling them for $70 each, then marked them down to $60, and then to $40.

Last but not least, I have 20 Parisian Twist Ear Warmers. Because I made them from yarn leftover from other projects, my cost of goods was basically nothing. I sold l them for $15 each, dropping the price to $10 for the final sale.
